Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Does my dog need to be licensed?
A. Yes. Please attach it to the collar.

Q. Will I get to meet my sitter ahead of time?
A. Yes. An in-home consultation is scheduled with your assigned sitter before reservations are confirmed. This is a free, no-obligation meeting.

Q. What areas do you service?
A. Most areas of Manhattan south of 145 St. and west of Ave C. We also provide service in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Q. What vaccinations are required?
A. Dogs: rabies, coronarvirus, parvovirus
Cats: rabies, panleukopenia

Q. Will you administer medication?
A. Possibly. It would depend on the the delivery method, your pet's disposition, and whether we can schedule someone who is qualified.

Q. Do you care for animals that have a history of fighting or biting?
A. No. This policy is not negotiable and no one at the company is authorized to make an exception.

Q. Do I pay online or off? Cash, check, credit card?
A. You may pay offline with cash or check, or buy online using most major cards or PayPal.
